The below table is an analysis of 2,574 concordances for the keyword “Tiger Woods” parsed from a 200 page Google search. L4 through L1 are words immediately to the left of the Keyword and R1 through R4 are words immediately to the right of the Keyword. The words highlighted in yellow can also be referred to as a “Word Cluster” to the Keyword. Corpus run on January 19th 2010.

Below is an analysis of 1,825 concordances for the keyword “Elin Nordegren” parsed from a 200 page Google search. Notice that “Tiger Woods” appears more frequently then the search keyword “Elin Nordegren.” We are showing this table to provide contrast to our first example “Tiger Woods.” High co-occurring keywords can be important when attempting to write content that will yield high relevancy scores when searched for by the major search engines. Additionally, if we had run the analysis 12 months earlier words like "Rachel", "Divorce", "Mistress", and "Moves" would have never come up. Corpus run on January 19th 2010.

We just ran a 500 page Google search and parsed out over 3500 concordances for "Tiger Woods" notice how the co-occurring words or keyword "Word Clusters" have expanded and changed somewhat. If you are writing about celebrities or subjects that are changing then you have to keep current on your co-occurring word clusters. Corpus run on July 16th 2010.
